What’s In Your Wallet? Check out this year’s Capital One Bowl Tickets

What’s in your wallet? A Capital One Bowl ticket

Ever year as we prepare for bowl season, we receive thousands of tickets that we have to sort, verify and get ready to send to our customers.  There ares  bowl game tickets I look forward to receiving every year.  For example, the Cotton Bowl Classic packages and ships tickets in a way that when the tickets arrive, it is almost like unwrapping an early Christmas present.  The box art is very attractive and the tickets are packaged in a way that makes it very easy to unpack, take inventory, and sort.  But the tickets are pretty slick too.  Club Section ticket holders get an oversize plastic ticket that is like a work of art, and looks like it would be at home in a picture frame along with a few pictures from the bowl trip.  Ticket holders at other levels also get an attractive, oversize ticket.

Many bowls issue collector tickets such as these for their sponsors, members, and other ticket holders. The most innovative bowl game ticket of the year comes from the Capital One Bowl.  The game’s title sponsor, credit card issuer Capital One Bank, uses the phrase, “What’s in your wallet?” as a slogan.  This year, attendees of the Capital One Bowl will have their game tickets in their wallet.  Rather than a paper ticket, the Capital One Bowl tickets are credit card size, with credit card style writing, and are just the right size to fit in your wallet. I like the smaller size  ticket and the heavy plastic they are printed on.  What do you think?
